The city of Hades
is the gateway to the afterlife. It is connected to everywhere
in the cosmos, except the holy area where the Kaio-shins live.
With certain exceptions, all who die (below the Kaio's) come to
this entrance to be Judged. Emma-Daio judges each spirit based on
what they did in their life. After he makes a judgment he decides
where the spirit goes next, which could be heaven or hell.
Next to the city of Hades is the "heavenly airport"
where all who go to heaven take an air plane to the planet.
